Sponsorships and advertisements are available for our website, club contests, and for local events. We welcome charitable donations from food allergy and gluten free manufacturers, vendors, organizations, support groups, local businesses, and generous individuals. We have a dedicated space available on our website to showcase our generous benefactors. This is a thank you gesture for your support.
We offer two sponsorship ad spaces, both are designed to alternate 4 images in each respective ad location. Advertisers are given the option to spread their message into 4 separate images that will each display for a determined number of seconds in a continual looping pattern. This gives the advertiser optimal exposure in a smaller space. Our organization can design your ad to fit the space requirements with the images and text you provide.

We are a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization providing children with food allergies and digestive disorders a social network in their own school or neighborhood. Our purpose is to support the families of children with food allergies through news, information, recipes, crafts, and an allergic specific curriculum within our website. The information we provide gives families the tools they need to start their own local support group with their own allergic children and their children's siblings and friends.
Cilie Yack's Sous Club began in 2009 when a group of concerned parents decided to start a local cooking club for their food allergic kids. The group adopted a cartoon character named Cilie Yack as their mascot to appeal to elementary school children with and without food allergies. This character is also featured in a children's book called Cilie Yack is Under Attack, and is written by the founder of the club. After much planning and organizing our initial board members, along with several volunteers in the allergy community devised a COOKING CLUB FACILITATOR GUIDEBOOK. This guidebook was pilot tested and revised after review by Joel Schaeffer of Allergy Chefs, Inc. It is currently published online for parents and teachers to download for free. This gives parents the opportunity to start their own local cooking clubs with the enclosed materials. In 2010 Cilie Yack's Sous Club was formally incorporated as a 501(c) 3 charitable organization in Illinois, this means that contributions to our organization are tax deductable.
Our Purpose is to support the families of children with food allergies through news, information, recipes, crafts, and allergic-specific curriculum. The information we offer is not intended to replace the advice of a medical doctor. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from information we provide. Brands used in recipes on this site should be verified by the manufacturer as food allergy safe by the consumer before use. Manufacturers are known to change their formulations and production processes. We encourage our visitors to read all product labels and confirm their allergen safety with the manufacturer.
